Bosch Rexroth is using Amazon Web Services (AWS) and generative AI to enhance the user experience within its Hydraulic Hub. With more than 500,000 products, the company needed a fast, intuitive way to help users find and act on technical information.
Working with the AWS generative AI Innovation Center and the AWS Partner Network, Bosch Rexroth built a Smart Assistant application in just six months. Using Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases, and Amazon OpenSearch Service, the solution gives service teams real-time support—guiding troubleshooting, improving response times, and enabling smarter maintenance.
With AWS, Bosch Rexroth is reimagining industrial service through an AI-powered assistant.
