Michael Graf, Associate Director of Engineering at Carvana, works in customer care. The team developed Sebastian, an AI agent that helps customers through the entire car-buying process. To ensure Sebastian’s conversations with customers are delivering the best possible experience, the team developed a Conversation Analysis Review Engine (CARE). CARE was built using Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and multiple developer services, including Azure Cosmos DB. Azure Cosmos DB sits at the center of data storage for CARE, helping ensure scalability, security, and uptime. "Azure Cosmos DB is one of my favorite technologies from Microsoft," says Graf. "It just works."
