While Elizabeth was away from home, she received a notification on her Ring App alerting her to motion in her driveway and immediately tuned in via Live View. To her shock, she spotted an unfamiliar truck and an unknown stranger attempting to steal a catalytic converter – something she says has become unfortunately common in her area – and feared for her loved ones inside the home. Using Two-Way Talk, Elizabeth demanded that they leave and warned the person that she would call the police – and it worked!
“I love the ability to talk to them,” Elizabeth says of strangers near her home. “I feel more in control. People will not ignore someone yelling [at them] through the Ring.”
