Compute Proportional Cost Reallocation using SQL | Amazon Web Services

These queries will return a reallocation of your Savings Plans (SP) applied to EC2. The allocation will be based on your EC2 Public Spend (pre-discount, pre-SP application). The "amortized_cost" and "proportional_cost" should tie out with the "proportional_cost" reflecting this reallocation.
The purpose of step 1 and 2 is to show you the individual components that make up this allocation, which follows our best practice guide. Step 3 pulls together step 1 and 2, and is the final query to copy over.
