Embracing Neurodiversity at Nextcloud

As traditional hiring practices and cultural norms have been shown to disadvantage neurodivergent individuals from employment opportunities, neurodiversity at work is a topic that is often overlooked in the discussion around diversity and inclusion. The tech industry as a whole is starting to catch up in this regard, as the increased cognitive skills that often come from these divergences have been recognized to be great assets in software development. This talk will introduce some recent developments within Nextcloud that aim to address this issue to the benefit of both the company and the broader free software movement.
