The Capture the Flag Final marks the final stage of the two-month-long European CyberRace, a cybersecurity competition created by Cisco in collaboration with the McLaren Racing Team. In the initial stage, students competed nationally in a Learn-a-Thon covering the entire NetAcad Cybersecurity curriculum. The top-performing schools advanced to the Sprint qualifiers, where they explored the McLaren Learning Collection-a course co-created by Cisco and McLaren Racing Team experts, highlighting cybersecurity and technological applications in Formula 1 racing. The top 12 teams now move on to the final stage, where they will showcase their cybersecurity skills in a thrilling capture the flag challenge.
