Earlier in the day, Evan received a Ring notification and saw a stranger eyeing his bicycle. He thought it was strange, but nothing happened, so he continued on with his day. Hours later, the same person returned – this time with bolt cutters. After receiving another Motion Alert from his Spotlight Cam, Evan activated the Siren, and the bike was left untouched.
