In this tutorial, we’ll learn how to change column names for datasets in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI). When bringing in a dataset from an external source, the column names are not always user-friendly. As a workbook author, I can amend the column names to make them easier to work with and understand. This tutorial begins in the Join Diagram where column names can be updated. Then, we’ll explain how to revert a column name to it’s original form should it be necessary.
