In this tutorial, we’ll learn how to create a connection to Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) in Oracle Analytics. As a workbook author, creating connections to ADW is a common and important task that allows users to bring in data sets from external sources to be analyzed in FDI. This tutorial reviews how to locate the Create Connection dialog, name and encrypt the files to ensure access to the database, and upload the credentials wallet file to secure communication between Oracle Analytics and ADW databases.
