In this tutorial, we’ll learn how to drill down hierarchical data in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI). Hierarchical data is organized in a tree structure. For example, a year could be at the top, branching into quarters, months, and so on. Hierarchies are available on dimensions in subject areas. This tutorial shows how to add data by selecting a subject area, and then selecting hierarchies in the data pane and adding them to a pivot chart to drill down monthly revenue within a quarter.
