In this tutorial, we’ll review how to share and protect content using permissions in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI). Sharing a copy of a workbook gives the owner the ability to maintain the original version in a personal folder for version control while also sharing a copy for collaboration or consumption by others. The location in which a workbook is saved will affect who can have access to it. Saving a workbook in a shared folder and modifying permissions ensures access for other users, while still maintaining permissions.
