In this tutorial, we’ll learn how to use auto-insights on a local subject area dataset in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI). Business users can use the data flow feature to build curated datasets out of local subject areas or existing datasets. This allows business users to work with dataset versions of their local subject areas, providing access to features like Auto-Insights, which are only available on datasets. This tutorial reviews the process for creating a local subject area, selecting the columns to extract from to create the dataflow, saving and running the data flow, and finally, creating a workbook using the dataset.
