When the US Department of Veterans affairs put out the Mission Daybreak challenge to help solve the problem of veteran suicides, Guidehouse created an AI-focused platform that brings data together to improve patient outcomes. The new platform uses a group of AI models, and data from multiple sources, to update patient health records, and provide that information to the provider, when they need it. Built on Red Hat OpenShift, Guidehouse is also exploring how the technology can improve outcomes for other conditions, including hypertension, obesity, and diabetes.
