Josh was at the mall with his kids when his Ring app alerted him to the presence of a neighborhood bear, whom he lovingly refers to as “Jimmy.” At first, Josh was excited to see him, but became concerned after spotting an Amazon driver pulling up with a package. Without hesitating, Josh spoke up via Two-Way Talk to warn the driver, who somehow managed to stay incredibly calm. In the end, the bear stayed a safe distance from the driver, who was encouraged by Josh to stick around and gather himself for as long as he needed.
