Red Hat Insights and the Hybrid Cloud Console have a number of integrations with various third party products – along with Microsoft Teams we have ServiceNow, Splunk, Google Chat, Slack, Event driven Ansible, and webhooks.
The idea is to get Insights data into third party tools, making it simple and easy for you to get the analytics from Insights to where you already are.
The Microsoft Teams integration has been pretty popular, and we wanted to show you how easy it is to set up and use.
This video will cover creating the teams integration using an incoming webhook in Microsoft Teams, setting up the integration in the Red Hat Hybrid Cloud Console, creating or editing a behavior group to define what type of events to send onto the Teams integration, and finally we test by generating some Insights data and verifying that it is received into Teams.
