Nextcloud Flow is a perfect fit for digitalization efforts around the world, like Germany’s Onlinezugangsgesetz (OZG) or Online Access Act.

Onlinezugangsgesetz (OZG) is a mandate in Germany that tells government institutions that they must make government services provided to citizens and businesses available online by 2025 and all of this must be accomplished with open source software.

Nextcloud Flow is a complete workflow engine which enables organizations to digitally automate monotonous processes. Nextcloud Flow was also created with "Einer für Alle" Prinzip in mind which is also a principle that is used for open source software: EU countries should digitize services in such a way that other countries can reuse them, avoiding duplication of efforts.

Imagine that instead of sending an application by mail you can simply access the form online, fill it out, upload supporting documents, make the payment and hit submit. Some examples include: Terminating a company, a Kindergarten application and approval of shared links.
