Red Hat Knowledge Base Chatbot using RAG

Utilizing Red Hat OpenShift and OpenShift AI, this chatbot demo shows how customers can use Generative AI and LLMs along with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to mine existing documentation, knowledge bases, and other corporate data to provide accurate and context-aware answers. The full model workflow demonstrates how content from Red Hat OpenStack, OpenShift, Ansible, RHEL, and OpenShift AI augment the Large Language Model, pulled from an open source vector database and served on a single stack model server all within OpenShift AI and complementary open source tooling.
