Remote execution, the DIY edition

Bazel’s remote execution and caching capabilities are the bread and butter of how we keep builds at Stripe performant and efficient. Rather than using an open-source implementation, we maintain custom remote execution, caching and downloader implementations. We’ll discuss some of the more unique aspects of our system!
