Customers can leave notes and requests directly on specific elements, making feedback clear and easy to follow. All the feedback turns into Tickets which can then be assigned to and handled by various team members, as preferred. What is more, the customers themselves can be permitted to make their own edits, and you can select which elements become available for editing.
Remember, the feedback tool is only available for our clients in specific statuses like “Feedback.” So we need to make sure to set the website status accordingly.
