Solutions+ is a shared services platform for its parent company Mubadala in Abu Dhabi. The company is launching a training program that will be training 500 young people–most of them women–in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. This program will provide multiple opportunities to specialize in areas like human capital management, financial services, resource planning, etc., which will empower the youth to make better career decisions. Solutions+ believes this is an initiative that will greatly benefit the youth of Abu Dhabi, as well as Solutions+, Oracle, and the country as a whole.
