Artificial Intelligence is no longer the future of computing, but rather an exciting present. With the surge of Large Language Models, the need to train these models, which requires significant computational power, has increased. In this session, we’ll review the functionality that OpenNebula offers in the domain of GPU support and Enhanced Platform Awareness features, which allow for efficient use of data center resources. This can be summarized as ‘Cloud for AI,’ i.e., what Cloud Computing can do for AI. Kim Henriksson, Wizard at AI Sweden (Swedish National Center for Applied AI), will join us to share their experience running AI workloads on an OpenNebula cloud. Additionally, Jean-Philippe Foures, VP of Products at Iguane Solutions, will explain how they use their infrastructure expertise to help data scientists and ML experts efficiently run AI workloads on an OpenNebula-based cloud infrastructure.
