Tapestry, the global house of brands behind Coach and Kate Spade, has transformed internal knowledge sharing with Stitch, their homegrown generative AI solution. Built entirely on AWS serverless services, Stitch allows enterprise users to ask questions in natural language and retrieve information quickly. By leveraging Amazon SageMaker and Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Base, Tapestry can build RAG applications with multiple vector databases, embedding models, large language models, storage mechanisms, and plugins to integrate data from different sources. Today, Stitch supports around 300 users across 10 departments, delivering an efficiency gain of 20 to 25% in information retrieval and empowering teams to access knowledge faster than ever before.
