Lauren’s indoor and outdoor cat will occasionally roam around on his own, but has never been gone for more than three days. After not seeing him for two weeks, she realized he really was missing.
Later, when Lauren saw her cat while pulling out of her driveway, she immediately jumped out of the car and followed him to the front door.
"I was experiencing so many emotions at the same time," Lauren recalls. "I’ve never lost a pet before, so the weeks leading up to this were really hard for me. Seeing him was like a weight lifted off my chest."
