Having Ubuntu Official support for RISC-V mass-produced consumer electronic devices like laptops, instead of development boards, is a major step for RISC-V to succeed as an open standard and open source project. Gordan Markus is Director of Silicon Alliance at Canonical. He has an MSc in Electronic and Computer Engineering.
Yuning Liang is the Founder of Deepcomputing. He has a strong hands-on background in embedded systems, platform APIs, and computer vision (AI) and has led teams within startups and Fortune 500 companies.
