As Oracle APEX adds more capabilities and enterprises use it to create more complex low-code applications, it is likely that there may be multiple developers working on the same app in parallel. To avoid conflicts and time-consuming manual merges from concurrent edits, APEX offers a working copy capability. This allows individual developers to make their own working copy of an application, make their changes, then easily merge them back into the main application. And to ease the process, this capability also shows where there may be conflicting changes from different developers to resolve, and allows developers to lock their copy for changes.
