According to homeowner Timothy, a rat snake slithered around his front door and even wrapped itself around the door handle. Timothy found the snake amusing, while his wife "made him make sure it was gone!" Timothy, however, is still grateful for rat snakes in his area, as they fend off rodents and other venomous snakes.
