In this practical n8n project, we’ll build a simple customer feedback email automation from scratch.
When a customer submits a feedback form:
✅ The customer automatically receives an acknowledgment email
✅ The internal team receives a copy of the customer’s feedback
✅ The entire process happens automatically using an n8n workflow
We’ll build the workflow using three nodes:
🔹 Form Trigger – captures the customer feedback
🔹 Gmail – sends an acknowledgment to the customer
🔹 Gmail – sends the feedback to the internal team
In this project, you’ll learn how to:
• Create a form-triggered workflow in n8n
• Configure the Form Trigger node
• Configure Gmail nodes
• Pass customer information between nodes
• Send automated emails
• Test individual nodes and the complete workflow
• Publish the workflow to production
This is a beginner-friendly, real-world n8n automation project and a great way to understand how different nodes work together to automate a business process.
